Debbie is a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health challenges.
She specialises in treating anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), gender and sexuality concerns, grief and loss, relationship challenges, personality disorders, and trauma. With experience in assessing and treating neurodevelopmental and cognitive conditions, including ASD, ADHD, dementia, and mild cognitive impairment, Deb brings a holistic approach to her practice.
Deb’s academic background includes research in sleep, psychological capital, coping strategies, and stress biochemistry — bringing a rich understanding of the mind-body connection to her therapeutic work. She has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications, with a focus on psychological interventions, meditation, emotional well-being, and the science of sleep.
