Debbie Sabot | Clinical Psychologist & Co-Director
Deb is a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health challenges.
She has a special interest in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), questions around gender and sexuality, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, and trauma. Deb aims to create a safe and respectful space where people feel heard and supported at their own pace.
Deb has experience in assessing and working with neurodevelopmental and cognitive conditions, including ASD, ADHD, dementia, and mild cognitive impairment. She takes a compassionate and welcoming approach to care by recognising each person’s strengths, challenges, and unique life experiences at different life stages. She aims to work collaboratively with clients to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
Deb’s academic background includes research in sleep, psychological capital, coping strategies, and stress biochemistry — bringing a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to her therapeutic work. She has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications, with a focus on psychological interventions, emotional well-being, and the science of sleep. Below is a selection of her published research contributions.
