Struggling with body image? You’re not alone. Beyond the Mirror is a 5-session well-being program designed to help young women reconnect with their bodies and inner strength. The program empowers participants to break free from cycles of body dissatisfaction and move toward confidence, self-compassion, and full-body acceptance. Using a holistic and psychologically grounded approach, Beyond the Mirror supports young women to shift their mindset, embrace body neutrality, and live more fully in the present moment.
Essential Ingredients is a skills-building workshop for young people aged 12–16 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), designed to teach practical life skills while fostering social connection. By participating in supportive peer groups, participants feel understood and accepted, which helps reduce social isolation and supports emotional well-being. Essential Ingredients also encourages friendships that often extend beyond the sessions, providing lasting social connections and a foundation for positive mental health.
Enhancing Emotional Resilience is an 8‑session small‑group program designed to strengthen children’s emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence in managing everyday challenges.
The program supports students in developing the capacity to:
- Recognise and understand their emotions
- Build confidence in their ability to cope
- Strengthen emotional regulation skills
- Develop helpful thinking patterns
- Improve communication and peer relationships
- Build resilience that supports well-being across school and home life
SuperKids is a structured, evidence-informed six-session small-group well-being program for schools that helps students build confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation through engaging, play-based learning and psychological support. Delivered in a supportive group environment, the program focuses on enhancing children’s emotional, social, and behavioral skills while fostering a sense of capability, connection, and confidence. Using a playful superhero theme, SuperKids encourages children to recognize and celebrate their strengths (“superpowers”) and learn to manage challenges, navigate big feelings, and make thoughtful choices. Overall, it provides a fun and empowering way for children to develop lifelong emotional skills and coping strategies that extend beyond the classroom.
Girl Power is a 10‑week well-being program that supports girls to develop self‑esteem, assertiveness, healthy relationships, and online safety awareness. Girl Power provides a safe, structured space for students to explore identity, build confidence, and strengthen peer connections.
The program is designed to:

- Teach online and social safety with strategies
