SuperKids Group Therapy for Youth Aged 10 – 12 years

Helping Unlock Their Inner Hero

SuperKids is a structured, evidence-informed small-group well-being program now available to schools.

SuperKids is a 6-session program designed to help students build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop resilience through engaging, play-based learning and psychological support. SuperKids offers group therapy that is delivered in a supportive and encouraging environment. SuperKids focuses on enhancing children’s emotional, social, and behavioural skills while helping them feel capable, connected, and confident.

Using a playful superhero theme, SuperKids encourages children to recognise and celebrate their strengths (“superpowers”), while also learning how to manage challenges, navigate big feelings, and make thoughtful choices. The program aims to enhance students’ confidence, coping skills, and sense of agency both in the classroom and beyond.

SuperKids is a fun, empowering way to support children in developing lifelong emotional skills.
