Jade is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults within community, hospital, educational, and university research settings.
Jade has experience with a range of mental health concerns including emotional and behavioural dysregulation, neurodevelopmental disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, eating disorders, self-esteem/identity concerns, complex trauma, grief and loss, perinatal mental health, adjustment challenges, school-related concerns and interpersonal (friendship/relationship/family) difficulties.
Jade offers a warm, bubbly, and flexible approach in her therapeutic work. She is passionate about providing a safe and collaborative space that focuses on supporting clients to better understand their mental health, empowering them to move through emotional discomfort in a way that feels manageable, and to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
